Diagnosis:

Maffucci Syndrome

Findings:

Finger radiographs demonstrate well-defined radiolucent lesion in the shaft of the proximal phalanx, which is consistent with an enchondroma. Soft tissue swelling with associated calcifications indicates presence of hemangioma.
